John Klingberg and his team completed a total remodel of our family vacation cabin in 2018.  From the initial meeting through the final stages of construction, John was incredible to work with.  John delivered our project on time and on budget.  He was responsive to our needs, guided us in making good decisions and ensured every detail of the cabin was completed above and beyond our satisfaction.  He is by far, the best contractor we ever worked with,  both from a knowledge of his profession and a personal interaction perspective.  We recommend John to anyone looking to do construction/remodeling/rebuilding.  He is truly amazing! When we wanted to convert an attic space to a new office, we called John Klingberg.  John built our house originally, so we knew the quality of workmanship he would provide.  The plans called for a dormer to be built and tied into the existing house.  The new exterior construction looks like it was always part of the original house, and the interior office space is exactly what Gloria wanted.  John listened to Gloria's needs and offered some excellent ideas that she hadn't considered.  The job itself was completed on time and on budget.  John and his crew were meticulous, efficient and friendly.  Everyone who visits her in her new office is very impressed, as are we.  We enjoyed having John and his crew work on our house.  To us, there is no one better.  1/26/2020

 John Klingberg and his crew were simply the best.  Having been around several job sites in the past I knew what I was looking for in a contractor.  My priorities were quality of workmanship, easy to work with and full disclosure of costs.  John excels in all of these areas.  I interviewed several contractors and toured job sites and finished homes.  The Klingberg sites always impressed me in that they were clean, the workmanship was top notch and the subs invariably had great things to say about working with John.
